All of our Huatulco Rentals vacation condos are new light and bright fully furnished three-bedroom two-bath condominiums with large loft bedroom retreat with queen bed, private bath and walk-in closet. Each of our Huatulco Rentals vacation condos has high vaulted ceilings, air-conditioning, ceiling fans along with gas appliances. Our Huatulco Rentals vacation condos are available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and we have several locations within the complex to choose from. They are conveniently located within a very quiet gated complex with beautifully landscaped grounds which includes a huge new pool and palapa area. All of our Huatulco Rentals vacation condos are virtually identical with the exception of color scheme and location within the gated complex.
Our Huatulco Rentals vacation condos are located only three blocks from the zocalo (town square) in La Crucecita and it's only a 10-15
minute walk to Chahue which is the closest beach. Our condos are very centrally located and are within a short walking distance to great shopping, Internet cafes and dozens of wonderful restaurants. By the way you should know the town square in La Crucecita is where all the night life is so don't get stuck in a condo located in Santa Cruz where everything literally shuts down at sunset and on top of that you will need to taxi back and forth to town every night if you want to go out to dinner or have a cold one at one of the local watering holes. You should also know even though the Huatulco vacation rentals condos are a short and convenient three minute walk from the town square they are far enough away so the noise and activity don't get in the way of your peace and quiet and a restful nights sleep.

HUATULCO VACATION RENTAL CONDOS... We stayed in this condo for 2 months it is a beautiful condo, everything is new. Excellent value for the money. There was no TV which we didn't miss. (This may change)Kitchen could do with a few casserol dishes but apart from that we had no problems. Owner was very helpful. La Crucecita is a very friendly and we felt very safe. Wonderful, wonderful beaches an undiscovered paradise.

HUATULCO VACATION RENTAL CONDOS... Excellent value for a great space in lovely Crucecita. Right in town with easy access to everything, including the beach clubs at Chahue. Very clean with fully equiped kitchen. Loved the loft!

HUATULCO VACATION RENTAL CONDOS... We stayed for a month with another couple in one of the lofts and it was one of the best places I have ever stayed! It actually has 3 bedrooms with great A/C in each room c/w remote.
We did a lot of exploring around the area and feel that this is the best place to stay. We met so many nice people by the pool and the town (Crucecita) is so cool and fun to walk around. The people are very honest and we felt so safe all the time.
We are going back and we'll be bringing even more friends with us. There are so many choices for dining (very cheap), drinking and swimming/snorkeling.

HUATULCO VACATION RENTAL CONDOS... I just got back from the best vacation ever! My two kids, 7 and 9, really enjoyed staying at the condos. The Condos are very nice and very clean and well equipped. A gated safe community with a big new pool where you meet a lot of nice people. It was nice to have a 24hr. gate guard that is always helpful if you need anything. Walk to town, lots of good restaurants and shops cafes and good music, very friendly people that are always going out of their way to help you. I truly think that this is the best place to stay!!

"HUATULCO VACATION RENTAL CONDOS... Our home away from home!
We have been back 3 times (staying a month each time) since first visiting Huatulco and each time as part of our holiday we look around at other rental condos and properties always in the hopes of saving a buck. Our experiences with Monte and this condo have been fantastic. So good in fact that we always leave our deposit before we go home so we don't risk losing our home away from home. We have had visitors to our condo from home and 3 couples in this unit is quite comfortable, all the amenities are just like home. The A/C in each bedroom means you are always as comfortable as you would like and if a light bulb burns out Monte is there to replace it and always encourages us to call with any little thing so he can take care of it. The gated condo complex is a cozy friendly environment and we have made many friends poolside and almost everyone speaks English which is good for us. The little town of Crucecita is so friendly and safe and full of the smells and sights of a small working town that we have fallen in love with it. This condo is so close to everything in the town and walking distance to a very nice beach club and a short cab ride to any of the other 32 beaches. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

"HUATULCO RENTALS VACATION CONDOS... Very comfortable place!
We have stayed twice now at this condo and have enjoyed it a lot.It is always clean upon arrival and is quite well equipped (blenders, microwave, toaster and a full fridge). The location to all the restaurants, markets and shopping in La Crucecita is perfect for those wanting to stay in the middle of the "action". The grounds are always well maintained and the pool is inviting and large. A great stay each time. Monte is very accommodating and always accessible should you need something extra at the condo. Highly recommend this place.

Low Season: $695 weekly or $119/nt (3 night min), from May 1 to November 14.
High Season: $795 weekly or $139/nt (3 night min), from November 15 to April 30.
Discounted Monthly Rate Option (Utilities included): $1,650 Monthly, from January 1 to December 31.
A $250 (minimum) security/damage deposit is required for ALL reservations. An additional $50 cleaning fee is required with our discounted monthly rental rates. Rental rates increase for the Christmas, New Years and Easter Holidays. Ask about our special long term rental rates! (Minimum 6 month stay)
